Following a chemical peel procedure, the skin may experience irritation and acidity from the peel solution. Filorga® POST PEEL contains ingredients like sodium bicarbonate that specifically target this process. As a mildly alkaline solution, it neutralizes the acidic components of the peel, preventing excessive irritation and ensuring skin comfort. Additionally, Filorga® POST PEEL provides soothing relief to the skin following the peel treatment, further enhancing patient comfort and promoting optimal recovery.

Main Indications:

Filorga POST PEEL is intended for use exclusively by licensed medical professionals, such as dermatologists or plastic surgeons, in compliance with local regulatory guidelines. Following the application of the chemical peel solution, spray Filorga® POST PEEL onto the patient’s skin and leave it on for 3 minutes, adhering to manufacturer instructions. Gently apply the solution using a cotton pad or compress to the treated area, ensuring thorough coverage while avoiding contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. The patient should then rinse off the solution using a cotton pad or compress.

When combined with other Filorga® chemical peel products, the entire procedure typically takes less than 10 minutes. The duration of effects from each chemical peel varies among patients but generally lasts between 1 to 2 months. Depending on desired outcomes and skin condition, multiple peel sessions may be necessary, typically spaced several weeks apart.

Ingredients:

The primary component inside Filorga® POST PEEL, sodium bicarbonate, stops acidification and restores pH balance by neutralizing the acid in chemical peel products. Other than that, the peel also contains sodium dextran-sulfate, phenoxyethanol, sodium methylparaben, and phenoxyethanol.
