Filorga® PRE PEEL is a pH 4 conditioning solution utilized by healthcare professionals to prepare patients’ skin for chemical peels, optimizing its readiness for treatment. This preparatory step is crucial in achieving effective outcomes without the need for surgery or invasive procedures, addressing common superficial skin concerns such as dark spots, wrinkles, and fine lines.

Designed specifically for this purpose, Filorga® PRE PEEL eliminates residual makeup and impurities while delicately adjusting the skin’s pH to an ideal level for subsequent chemical peel application. Its conditioning action helps open pores and enhances skin receptivity, ensuring maximum absorption and efficacy during the peeling process.

Following the use of Filorga® PRE PEEL, a variety of chemical peels can be applied, tailored to treat conditions such as acne, photoaging, hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles. This systematic approach supports comprehensive skincare treatments in clinical settings.

Main Indications:

Before application, advise patients to thoroughly cleanse their skin of any makeup. Using a cotton pad, compress, or brush, evenly distribute the peel solution across the patient’s entire face, excluding the eye area and mucous membranes, to ensure the removal of any remaining residues. Multiple layers of the solution may be applied as needed to achieve comprehensive coverage. Allow the solution to remain on the skin for 3 minutes to optimize absorption.

Subsequently, proceed with a chemical peel such as Filorga® Peel or another suitable option, followed by neutralization using Filorga® Post Peel. Filorga® PRE PEEL is specifically designed for use as a preparatory step preceding chemical peeling procedures. By effectively eliminating excess impurities and preparing the skin’s pores, it enhances the absorption and efficacy of subsequent treatments. This preparatory solution is suitable for all skin types and should be left on the skin for approximately 3 minutes. The entire process typically requires about 10 minutes. Depending on individual patient needs and desired outcomes, follow-up treatments may be recommended.
